Prid\u00e1me vajce, so\u013e, m\u00faku a vypracujeme cesto. Na pom\u00fa\u010denej doske rozva\u013ek\u00e1me cesto o hr\u00fabke pribli\u017ene 0,5 cm. Vykrajujeme kolieska, na ktor\u00e9 uklad\u00e1me plnku \u2013 bryndzu. Pirohy vznikn\u00fa prelo\u017een\u00edm cesta cez polovicu a pritla\u010den\u00edm okraju (v dne\u0161nej dobe sa jednoducho pou\u017eije formi\u010dka na pirohy). Pirohy h\u00e1d\u017eeme do vriacej vody a var\u00edme ich, k\u00fdm nevypl\u00e1vaj\u00fa na povrch.
